Audi A2 Electric Power Steering (EPS) Problem – Pumps and Racks

The Audi A2 uses a modern electric power steering system (EPS) which consists of a Electro-Hydraulic Power Steering Pump, Hydraulic Power Steering Rack, and high pressure & low pressure hydraulic pipes which connect them together. The system is linked with a Steering column (shaft) which is what the steering wheel is fixed to at the user-end.

Below we’ve listed some common problems with the power steering components on the Audi A2 and this should hopefully help you better diagnose any faults you’re experiencing and replace the right parts.

Common Audi A2 Electric Power Steering Pump Failures
